Dr. Norman Ratner

Dr. Norman C. Ratner has joined West Coast Eye Care. Dr. Ratner,has merged his practice, Optometric Express, with WCEC.

He will be seeing patients at our new, beautiful University Town Center office. Dr. Ratner specializes in difficult-to- fit contact lens patients, including toric lenses for astigmatism, bifocal lenses, monovision and lenses for kerataconus.

Dr. Ratner is originally from Michigan. He graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit and Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. In 1985 Dr. Ratner moved to San Diego with his wife and 2 daughters. He resides in North County.
