Laser for Blood Vessels
Sun damage can not only take the form of wrinkles and pigmentation, but prominent blood vessels or telangiectasia can occur on the face.
Facial blood vessels can be targeted with a dual wavelength laser, which delivers heat to the hemoglobin (blood) to allow for reduction of the visible vessel.
Larger vessels, such as those found around the nose or on the legs may need several treatments to minimize the appearance.
Many other vascular lesions, such as spider angiomas, port wine stains, venous lakes etc. can be targeted.
This laser also helps the red appearance of scars.
