Laser Hair Removal

The laser targets the melanin in the hair shaft and delivers heat down to the follicle. This damages the follicle and over about 6 treatments, the follicle no longer produces a hair.
We have both wavelengths to target hair on patients with all types of skin color.
The laser is performed with cold air to allow for maximal comfort. The procedure itself takes from a couple of minutes to an hour depending on the area of the body targeted.
Shaving prior to each treatment will reduce discomfort and sunscreen post treatment is recommended for any laser procedure.
